Misled Youth (2000-2005) were a pop punk/ska band formed in Kirriemuir, Scotland. What we have here is a fully re-mastered version (with the addition of brand new harmonies recorded in October 2020) of the bands self titled EP released in the winter of year 2000.

The band would go on to release 3 more EPs, relocate to Edinburgh (via Dundee for a time) and though their sound would move on to a more aggressive ska-core vein (ala Capdown/Howards Alias), there is still a charm to the pop punk songs the band wrote when they were 16/17 years old.

The bonus track, The Confession, is taken from the final EP The Infamous Everyday Struggle. The song features a guest appearance by Colin from Bombskare on trumpet.

Members of Misled Youth would also go on to be part of Paper Rifles, Nelson Savage, Taking Chase, Curators, Shields Up, Elk Gang and Today We Fight.
